We are a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC), incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company in December 2020. We formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. Our management team leverages an unparalleled combination of industry operational experience, technical depth, and extensive networks. Although there is no restriction or limitation on what industry our target operates in, it is our intention to pursue target companies with an enterprise value of $900 million and above and that are leading in emerging and transformational technologies for the aerospace & defense sector. We are concentrating on businesses operating within (1) space & communications and defense and (2) advanced air mobility, transportation and logistics industries. At this time, we have not identified any specific business combination, nor has anyone on our behalf initiated or engaged in any substantive discussions, formal or otherwise, related to such a transaction.
